JOLLY BUOY ISLAND
JOLLY BUOY ISLAND is a part of Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park. It is very famous for under water corals and the pristine clear beach. Visitors can enjoy the underwater coral view through snorkeling, Scuba diving or from the glass bottom boat. Jolly buoy can be reached through boats leaves by 9.00am. Make sure to reach Wandoor beach before 9.00am. All the boats leave at the same time and come back together. Prior permit and entry tickets are required to avail this trip.
Just 15 miles away from Wandoor Jetty, Jolly Buoy Island is one of the most visited islands in Andaman because it appreciates the creation of nature well and the surrounding will definitely backs its point. Every year, for six months period the island will be open to public. A very close associate of Mahatma Gandhi National Park in Wandoor, Jolly Buoy Island will be closed on Mondays. One can reach the island by boat but an entry permit is essential to enter the island.

Wandoor Jetty will have boat services to Jolly Buoy Island at regular intervals so that access to the beautiful island is not a matter of concern.
